About Dina Cramer:Dina Cramer is an internationally qualified professional coach (ICF PCC) and has an Honours Degree in Psychology. She has been designing and facilitating personal/ leadership development programmes for the corporate and private sector for the past 20 years and has coached executives at some of the top multinational companies in South Africa.
Dina is a published author and and has written articles on Coaching, Stress Management and Meditation for The Citizen newspaper. She is published in other publications such as Health 24, All 4 Women, Psychology Magazine and Health Encounters. She has also been a guest on various television and radio stations, such as 702, Morning Live, 3 Talk, SABC News International, and CNBC. Dina is a subject matter expert on all areas of leadership, coaching and soft skills development (including emotional intelligence; assertiveness; conflict handling; interpersonal skills; communication; managing change; stress and time management; innovation; productivity; strategic thinking, goal setting and empowerment as well as coaching). She is a Supervisory Coach and supervises PfP coaches in Gauteng, KZN, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West. In this way she plays her part in contributing positively to the future of South Africa. Dina is a single mom of four sons and is passionate about helping working moms realize that they can create success in the workplace and at home with ease and grace rather than stress and struggle.
