Your people are your biggest assets and it makes good business sense to invest in their development. By aligning employees to your strategic objectives you will be:-

  • Developing their individual potential while at the same time,

Let Ignite SQ help you align your people to your strategic objectives:

  1. Together we will look at your strategic objectives and formulate the key competencies, behaviors and action plans required to fulfil this. (We can assist you in creating your strategic objectives if you do not already have them in place).
  2. We will then create and conduct an assessment of these competencies to discover your employees current competency levels related to these key competencies, strengths and areas of development.
  3. Feedback on these assessments will be given and an action plan formulated for each employee in order to address areas of improvement.
  4. Employees will then have an hour’s coaching session once a month for 12 months in order to ensure alignment to the strategic objectives is achieved.
  5. The 360 degree assessment of competencies will be done 6 months into the coaching to assess progress as well as at the end of the process to ensure the desired results have manifested.

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE COACHING?

The beginnings of coaching come from the world of sport...

No serious sportsperson would expect to reach national or international levels without a coach but their coach can't do all the training, hard work and competing for them. Instead, the coach's role is to help unlock the athlete’s potential, reinforce strengths and counteract any negative beliefs, all with the aim of maximizing performance.

Why should it be different for the rest of us?

That's why many people are turning to personal and executive coaching where the fundamental principles and techniques of sports coaching have been adapted to cater for executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and people in the midst of growth and change. Typically, a coach will work in partnership with the client to improve and enhance all areas of his life, business or career. They will work with the client to define where he wants to go and help him develop strategies for how to get there whether, it's about health, finance, relationships, career, work/life balance or business performance.

Coaching is based on the fundamental belief that people have within them all the resources they need to achieve the things they truly desire. With the stresses and strains of today’s modern day life, often the way forward becomes foggy and unclear. A coach's role is to use effective questioning techniques to help guide the client through the fog, bringing clarity and purpose back into his life. Regular coaching sessions keep him on track and are a powerful means for implementing changes much faster than going it alone.

Who are the clients?

Most of the people who use coaches are high achievers and/or people who want to get the best out of life. Typically they are unhappy and dissatisfied with some aspect of their life, business or career performance, and want to make changes that help them move forward. Often they have a friend or a colleague who has worked with a coach and been impressed by the results they have managed to achieve in a short space of time. Coaching works with people of all ages, backgrounds and areas of interest, and increasingly, employers are seeing the benefits of coaching for their managers and executives.

What Dina Cramer can offer you or your organization?

As a coach I believe in people’s greatness- the ability to be the best they can be.

My role is to assist people to perform at their peak. My coaching is not about teaching a job/ skill. It is about what it takes to be the best you can be.

Very often, despite having all the knowledge and the qualifications needed for a job people still do not perform at their peak. This is because there are other more subtle yet very powerful elements at play that they were not taught when learning their skill. These involve things like:
  • The attitude and consciousness with which we approach our lives;
  • Leadership Development;
  • Emotional Intelligence;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Creativity and lateral thinking;
  • Self esteem and confidence;
  • Conflict handling;
  • Personal power;
  • Assertiveness;
  • Time management;
  • Anger management;
  • Stress management.

My coaching will involve any and all of these elements depending on the client. My focus is on building personal power through the development of integrity and responsibility, passion and commitment.

For an organization, my coaching of individuals will involve measurable and significant improvements that can be translated into organizational productivity and success as well as knowledge transfer.
